Exiled Kingdoms

Recently bought a pay-once-and-play RPG game. It has been on my app wish list for sometime. I was sold by the reviews on how good the story line was.

After playing it for a week, I can attest to the reviews on how well written the story line is. It's your traditional RPG from yesteryears where developers put in a lot of effort creating an immersive environment.

I can say I'm currently obsessed with it, playing any chance I get. And it's not just the story. It's the whole retro vibe and nostalgia of RPGs game from my teens.

Totally worth the $8. I am pretty sure I would be spending many more hours on the game.

Hillview Trip - May 2018

It seems Gareth has been asking if OO is coming to Hillview every weekend. Feedback from Mama is that he refuses to go out if we are making the trip. He's excited to have someone his age to play together.

We are happy to have both playing together too. It helps to build the bonds between cousins.

This is the last batch of water apples this season. Papa has been harvesting them tirelessly through the day so OO can bring a whole bag of them home. She already finished 2 of them while at Hillview.

Numbered House Game With YeeYee

YeeYee is very good at playing different games with OO. And OO is especially obedient in listening to her instructions. No one else in OO's life right now command such adoration ... not even her papi and mami.

Cupboard Danger ... Again

I was out of the room for less than 20 seconds when I heard a loud tumbling sound. I ran into OO's room to find a toppled high drawer. Thankfully other than a scare, OO was not hurt.

The saying is true. You cannot leave young children alone. Everyone was so glad nothing bad happened to OO.

We unpacked all the clothes in the drawers into Ikea boxes and move the drawer out to the living room immediately. It's already happen once and this is the 2nd time. We'll not going to let a 3rd have any chance of ever happening.

Blocks House With YeeYee

YeeYee has been coming over regularly recently to play blocks with OO. OO has begun asking if YeeYee is coming every night. YeeYee is like her 偶像.

Blocks Theme Park With YeeYee

OO was very excited to have built a theme park for her miniature toys with YeeYee. I must say it looks very fun and can see how OO can spend hours imaginary play in the park.

YY @ 3 months - Packing In The Pounds

YY has started packing in some weight and much needed fats the last month. Glad to see him slightly fatter than OO at the same age.

Jujube Hauler

Meimei ran all over Singapore for 3 Jujube trunk shows today before calling it quits. She had a queue at Woodlands but was already feeling nauseous when I reach her at Loyang Point's Burger King. It's amazing what women will brave to get their hands on the 'ideal' bag.

Anyways I'm glad she was close to my office so I could come 'save' her. And we scrap the trip to Woodlands. She's already away most of the day and she needs to get back to nurse YY.

Sushi Goshin @Changi Terminal 4

Meimei and I meet often for lunch. And we usually try to avoid the hawker centres as it's pretty hot during noon. We were on our way to Changi T3 when we decided to detour to T4 instead. We've both never been there and it seemed like a good chance to explore the place.

I had to go back to office so we were restricted to exploring the eateries. We browsed through the food court and concluded it was pretty similar to the T3 one. What caught my eye was the Sushin Goshin outlet. Yes! No more having to run to town get good sushi!

We went for sushi as this is the first time in many months that Meimei has had the chance to take raw sushi. She was very cautious during YY's pregnancy so she hasn't had a taste of sushi for close to a year!

I'm glad we gave it a try. The outlet's standard is pretty comparable to our usual spots at Heeren and Suntec City. I can see us coming here more often to get our sushi fix. Hehehe.

Smile Already Can Carry Carry?

I was always telling YY to smile before I'll carry him. Clearly he doesn't understand a word I say but I still try hehe. And Meimei likes to make fun of me for it.
